The ABC is an independent organisation and their business is to prove that publisher claims are accurate and true. Once registered with the ABC publishers must submit documentation to verify circulation claims and to remain a member they must continue to provide proof on a periodical basis. This ensures that all published issues match any claims and not just one particular issue.
